CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
1. What is Maltwin's Cancellation Policy?
Once you raise a cancellation request, Cancellation of item(s) in your order happens immediately if the order hasn't been shipped yet by us. If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order
2. How do I cancel my Order?
Registered User: The order can be cancelled under “My Orders” section
Guest User: The order can be cancelled from your email id
3. What is Maltwin Returns policy?
Once your order is shipped, we do not accept any returns. However, Products are returnable if you have received them in a condition that is physically damaged in transit or different from their description on the product detail page on our website. Return will be processed subject to approval only if: the product is different from what was shipped to you; the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact)
4. How and when do I get my refund?
We will issue a refund once we receive your return. Following are the refund processing timelines:
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed as Maltwin Loyalty Coins which can be redeemeed on future purchases within 6 months
For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be processed as per account details shared by you within 10-15 working days.
